TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE E-SHOP WWW.SKINIQUE.LV

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish the procedure for using the online store www.skinique.lv (hereinafter referred to as the “E-shop”) and purchasing goods therein.

1.2. The owner of the E-shop and the seller of the goods is Jeļena Jerkina, registration number 21018310705, VAT No. LV21018310705, legal address: Miglas iela 35, Bukulti, LV-1024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

1.3. The Buyer is a natural or legal person who makes purchases in the E-shop or uses other services of the E-shop.

1.4. By making a purchase in the E-shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING GOODS

2.1. The Buyer selects the desired goods and adds them to the shopping cart.

2.2. To place an order, the Buyer fills in the necessary fields with personal and delivery information.

2.3. At the time of placing the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to enter a discount coupon code, if available.

3. PAYMENT METHODS AND CURRENCY

3.1. All transactions in the E-shop are conducted in euros (EUR).

3.2. The Buyer can pay for the goods in the following ways:

  • Using the built-in payment tool Maksekeskus AS in the online store: secure and convenient payments through the Maksekeskus AS platform, including Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele banklink, or using MasterCard and VISA payment cards.
  • By paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email: The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signatur

4. DISCOUNT COUPONS

4.1. Discount codes are special offers that allow the Buyer to receive discounts on purchases in the E-shop.

4.2. Discount codes can be obtained by participating in promotions, subscribing to newsletters, or in other ways announced by the Seller on their website or social networks.

4.3. To use a discount code, the Buyer enters it in the appropriate field during the order placement process.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. Delivery methods:

  • Omniva Parcel Terminal
  • Omniva Courier

5.2. Delivery costs and times:

  • Delivery costs are indicated during the order placement process and depend on the delivery method and the weight of the goods.
  • The standard delivery time is from 3 to 5 working days after receiving payment.
  • The maximum delivery time is 14 calendar days. If the delivery is delayed, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer.

6. RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer has the right within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing a reason for returning the goods.

6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • If the original packaging of the goods has been opened;
  • If the original packaging of the goods is lost;
  • If the packaging of the goods is significantly damaged.

6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notice to the email [email protected], indicating the order number and the goods to be returned.

6.4. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6.5. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a defect of the goods or non-compliance with the order.

6.6. The Seller refunds the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred due to the Buyer’s fault, for example, in case of incorrectly provided information.

7.2. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided by them will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified email address.

8.2. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s privacy policy, which is available in the E-shop.

9. OTHER PROVISIONS

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time by publishing them in the E-shop.

9.2. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms before each purchase.
